Hi,I ordered a VR for my daughters Christmas but unfortunately we no longer require this item, we had agreed to pay it over 11 months.

Unless you purchased it within the last 14 days then nothing can be done. You can pay it off early if you speak to EE CS on 150.

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
