      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently tried to upgrade my phone. I'm coming to the end of my contract and I've damaged my phone which means I am unable to make phone calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I placed an order for my upgrade, I put in payment details but never received a confirmation email. I have then gone to use the online chat function that I have used in the past, but it doesn't seem to be on EEs web site anymore. As I am unable to make phone calls could anyone suggest another way to contact EE to confirm if the upgrade went ahead?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
