Which variant did you order, trail, ocean or alpine loop.

I ordered one yesterday and was told that the trail loop version was 7-14 days for delivery.

The estimated guidance for new orders is to expect dispatch within 21 days. Obviously, we'll clear the oldest orders first. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to delivery.

Thanks Chris. For certain models the team are actively telling people 7-14 days as was the case with my order so whether that means the guidance is improving or not (fingers crossed) theres some work to be done on consistency of message.

if my order confirmation says that my “in-stock order is confirmed” should this be taken to mean that the order is in stock so whether or not the item ordered available is not the issue but rather the size of the backlog is what is currently creating delivery delays?

I've checked and the 49MM S/M trail loop is expected to be dispatched within 14 days, as you said, @marc00s.

It's good that it states the order is confirmed, but it isn't in stock. As stock comes through, we clear any back orders in the order in which they were placed and the estimate above is the best we can give you at the moment.
