Trying to track my order and I am getting this response.

Anyone else know what it means?

I ordered an iphone14 on 17th

Received confirmation email of XKO and order date of 18th. What I am asking is why when I put the order number into the tracking system I am receiving the error message

"Sorry can't show your order details"

Is the tracking system down or are some orders not being recognised?

That's a reference number as opposed to a tracking number, @ingledew. You should have received one of those separately.

Which colour and memory size of iPhone 14 did you order?

I didn't receive a tracking number and was using the tracking system with the order reference as per the tracking system requests.

DPD delivered today so that's ok
