Hello,

I ordered my iPhone 14 pro max gold 128GB over 2 weeks ago now please could you provide an update. I keep getting texts from EE letting me know my order is on track but what does this mean on track for when? I understand there is a delay in getting these at the moment but please could you provide an update on stock? I was told 19 days from the day I ordered max and it shouldn’t be 19 days? Thank you for looking into this

The current guidance on that model is to expect dispatch within 21 days, it may have been slightly different when you ordered.

DPD will text you when your order is ready to be delivered.
