Sounds stupid but a bigger device always has a bigger batter. It also uses more battery power as it has a bigger screen to power.

Hi, I hope I'm posting in the right forum.

Earlier today I phoned EE and sorted out an upgrade and also added on a Samsung Watch 5 as an extra benefit. I chose the 40mm one as it was recommended to me, I'm not sure if the gentlemen knew himself (overall he was absolutely brilliant) but upon looking into the differences it turns out the 44mm one has a better battery life which had I know I'd have ordered that one instead. Would it be possible to do an exchange in store once I've received the watch? Thanks.

Ah I'll contact them tomorrow and return it then as it's next day delivery, I should have realised that but completely slipped my mind.
I've looked up the battery difference (obviously usage etc will change it) and definitely would prefer the bigger battery.
