No tracking info available after 2 weeks

so i ordered the galaxy fold 512gb on 29th september, got my confirmation code, moneys been taken but still saying 'no information available'on the tracker or follow up correspondence since last month.

I wemt into shop but they said 'youll get a text' just to put my mind at ease, my orders gone through right? i just literally have to wait for the delivery text?

Has anyone ordered this phone and had to wait this long? how long is the wait? just want to put my mind at rest
