Ordered iPhone 14 pro max 30th September. No further updates and no order number

I ordered the iPhone 14 pro max on 30th September, was due within 14 days, had no other confirmation except 1 email and no text and the email did not include an order number to be able to track it.

Is anyone able to shed some light on this situation?

I've double checked the dispatch guidance from the time you ordered, and 14 days is correct. You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery date is confirmed.

Is there any way you can provide me with the order number for my purchase or do I have to call 150 to get this?

Would be a huge help if I don't have to as I work 8-5

Same happened to my order but when I rang ee they can't find the order with my name but they didn send any information about the order number because the iphone 14 pro max is out stock. pop in to any ee store and they should be able to find it . Finally got the order number
