      <title>Contract phone never arrived</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a new phone with an upgrade over a week ago. I had tracking information saying the dpd driver couldn't find my address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The following day tracking showed it was being returned to EE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not had any correspondence from either EE or DpD and neither seem to have a simple way of speaking to a human being to sort it out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea how I can get hold of someone to rectify this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
