Pixel 7 Pro - delivery date

Hi, I pre-ordered a Pixel 7 Pro on 06/10/2022, and would like to know when the phone is likely to be dispatched. According to Google, the release date is on the 13/10/2022 for delivery and I wanted to know if EE have the same date for dispatch?

@HHT if that’s the release date of that device, that’s when EE will be shipping out to customers. There is no guarantee that you receive on launch day as that depends on demand and how many EE receive in to send out.

Hey, just FYI, I ordered direct from Google as the EE website wouldn't let me buy a new contract (I was previously a customer but left and there's a bug when you try to rejoin) and the Google dispatch date for the Pixel Pro is Oct 28 - Nov 4 according to the confirmation email x

Same and the email says they will send updates and also allow to change delivery options ... Had nothing at all. Are you in the same boat ?

I've had texts to say order is confirmed - see updates and then the EE order page (which is blank)

I've had Aimee (the chatbot) text and tell me DPD have not received the handset yet

Keep checking but order status still says waiting confirmation on the expected delivery date, annoying when you see other places already have their phones!

My order said I would receive a text the day before as I would need to be in with photo ID

I got a message from DPD saying they have collected the parcel and it will be with me tomorrow. Black 256gb Pixel 7 Pro, ordered it around 4.20pm on the 6th October.

EE track order page still not updated yet though.

That's great news. Hope you enjoy the phone. I ordered at 16:10 on the 6th for the Pro in white 128GB and haven't received any details from DPD/EE. I hope they send info soon.

Ordered my P7P Black on 8th and just got e-mail that it will be tomorrow. Although on page where I can check order status, it still says that pre-order is confirmed, nothing about dispatching.

Same situation here, pre ordered pixel 7 on the 7th around midday and DPD have messaged on DPD app saying they have collected device

I ordered mine right after the google event on the 6th. I opted to collect in the store, expecting it to be faster. Got an email saying it's dispatched on the 12th. Still waiting on tracking details.

Once this has been delivered to the store, they will contact you to arrange collection.

Have you downloaded the DPD app?

If you use the email address and postcode you entered at checkout, this will show you any deliveries scheduled for your address?
