O&lt;SPAN&gt;n Sunday, when my upgrade is due, I will try again and if I can't pre-order the phone I want, or get a better deal, I'll be cancelling and taking my business elsewhere. I've already browsed online for similar deals (considering other websites actually work). I've been with EE for 6 years now and have never had any issues upgrading online before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
