      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received an email on 3.10.22 confrming my order including my order number. I just rang 150 to find out where my order was. They had no record of me ordering it. Useless! Apparently it was because my address had changed but unless I had rung to enquire I would still be in the dark waiting for something that hadn’t been ordered. Why not send an email telling me what is happening.????&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve been a customer since 2007. Nice to know I don’t get any kind of loyalty points for that!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The ee lady I spoke to was very helpful.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It’s just the system that is rubbish. &amp;nbsp;Which is fundamentally what ee is! A system&lt;/P&gt;</description>
