New iPhone 14 Order - Text received notifying of change of delivery address

Hello

I ordered a new iPhone 14 and today received a text notifying of change of delivery address, I have not changed this and I am concerned it is being redirected fraudulently. The text tells me to call 150 if I did not request this which I have but I have been on hold for over 20 minutes.

The online tracking says Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.

Please confirm I am not being scammed?
