Anyone received there pro max purple 256gb yet? I was informed 21 days now I’ve been told 28 I know ee can’t help the stock issues. But it’s really frustrating

The current guidance for that model is to be dispatched in more than 28 days.

What the 14 pro max 256gb? That’s funny because when I ordered on the 22nd of September I was told by the man on the phone that the phone would be with me within 21 days!!!!

Your website also states within 21 days suggest you get someone to change that instead of given customers false information it’s ridiculous honestly I was promised my phone would be with me within 21 days and I was assured by a couple of other agents 21 days when I chased up my order. Absolute joke your now saying over 28 days! Thinking of cancelling my order and going elsewhere. Had nothing but issues with EE.

Ordered on the 3rd online had to have a colleague call me because of something on the order all resolved got the email with the order on same as the automated email from doing online order and comes up saying this when checking order

I would suggest giving us another call on 150, the team can check the order and see which tracking details they have for you to use for the order.

Once the order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery.

I ordered the same phone on the 28th September with the store assistant who told me I will be less 21 days.

to then call 1.5 weeks after and be told it’s 28 days.

And now according to this thread… it’s ‘more than 28 days’ …. EE I beg… tell us your stock level and what is going on?

The Online Shop, shows what the current estimated dispatch time for new orders of your model, for existing orders, these will be sent out in the order in which they were placed.

DPD will be in touch with you with delivery information once the order has been dispatched.

but if I ordered the phone in the 28th September and the delivery time was within 21 days… surely I should be getting the phone in the next 2 weeks? As I ordered it when it said ‘21 days’. Why am I now being told 28days online?

The online shop expected delivery dispatch is for new orders, if you have placed an order this will be dispatched once stock has been received.
