Phone delivered, but just an empty box filled with screws, tried to call 150 and no one picks up

So far I am up to nearly two hours waiting is there a number someone might answer?

Please say you have a photo/video of this?.... This sounds impressive.

But no, 150 is the best number to call.

EE online via app, still not resolved, Im going to cancel contract,shame 5 good years, but I need a phone. Cant cancel though until I return the phone that wasnt delivered, brilliant

So to add some positive balance, Ive just taken a call from someone in the investigation team and they were lovely, completely understood my frustration and a new phone will arrive tomorrow, feel guilty now if I could I would remove the original post

This has just happened to me today! Empty box arrived with a MacDonald's wrapper stuffed inside. The label had been peeled back and a hole made in the packaging, then the label stuck back down over the hole. I believe it is DPD, either the warehouse or the driver. I think the driver, I seen him pull in the street, turn around and go back out again. 5 minutes later he came back. It wasn't a DPD van, looked like a self employed driver, they use them for second attempt deliveries.

Snap, I suspect DPD, mine was supposed to be delivered Wednesday AM received a DPD message delayed until the afternoon, nothing turned up. Finally turned up the day after late-ish morning, Ive just checked the bag same as yours slit open and sealed over with the label

No way, I am in Stafford too. And it was Will who attempted our first delivery on Monday. Sounds like he had a good day.
