Been waiting for credit check

when I ring EE they say someone will get back me but nobody ever does

Probably they are busy answering calls and so that could be why they have not rung you back.

What phone, colour and size did you order and when?

its really weird because I have an email to call them and I did

they can’t put me through to the other department but they said they will call me back

so why the email?

Why send mail saying “THANKS. PLEASE CALL US TO DISCUSS YOUR ORDER.”

then when I call I’m told someone will call me?

but nobody calls me?

is there anything that can be done?

or shall I just go and get the same deal with three?

@Misslashlondon , you will need to ring them, otherwise your order will not be processed. We have no access to accounts here. If you are a contract customer you can use live chat when they are available and not answering phone calls.
