DPD says no one at home and we are.

I have waited indoors during the stated delivery time and beyond. DPD messaged to say no one at home - simply not the case. I didn't receive an order number so can't track the delivery. DPD say will deliver tomorrow but if I take more time of work are the going to claim again that I wasn't at home. This is not a good service.

Do you have the DPD app to track the delivery?

Where were you told it would be delivered tomorrow?

I can see DPD weren’t given the correct address and am now on the phone to EE to get it corrected before delivery is attempted again tomorrow
