I ordered the new IPhone 14 Pro Max 256GB Deep Purple. It keeps on saying awaiting confirmation.. is there a way I can get an exact date.

I ordered the same one on the 22nd of September, mine still saying order confirmed but going by websites guide lines says within 21 days of ordering. I’m expecting mine next week on the 13th as that will be the 21st day but I’m really not holding much hope tbh

I have ordered by phone on the 23 of September and got my Tracking email by the 1st of October.

If you take a look at the model, colour and memory size that you ordered on our Online Shop, it tells you what the current wait time is for new orders of your model.

For all orders that have already been placed, they will be sent out in the order in which they were placed.

DPD will be in touch with you with delivery information on the day before, or morning of, the delivery.

I ordered mine on the 12th so it has now been 21 days and I have heard nothing. Don't even have an order reference number to track it.

Tracking for when it’s coming? Mine still says order confirmed 🤦🏻‍♀️ and ordered exact same make and model a day before you.
