i ordered the 14 pro max (smallest memory size) in purple.

I used the trade in offer and am being hounded for my existing handset which I can’t send to you until I have the new phone.

The Online Shop, shows what the current estimated dispatch time for new orders of your model.

For existing orders, these will be sent out in the order in which they were placed.

DPD will be in touch with you with delivery information once the order has been dispatched.
