I’m just wondering how long it will take for my ordered to arrive as I ordered on the 21st of September

Welcome to the community,

You do not say what phone, colour or storage size. This will depend on how many have ordered before you and how many EE have received. Orders are sent out on a first come first serve basis.

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery.

You can always ring customer service to find out, as we have no idea here, this is not customer service.
