Ordered my new phone on the 26th September, no news on when it will arrive, tried to track it and its says it cant be tracked right now?

Im going on holiday in a week so need to know where my phone is and when jt will arrive!

This will depend how many ordered phones before you, we cannot answer that one here. I would suggest ringing customer service to find out. If it is the new Apple phone, then it will depend also how many EE receive from Apple, model, colour and storage size.
