Ordered my ultra watch over the phone on the pre order day and received my pre order confirmation 👍 Had another email a week later saying order on track but no delivery date 🤷🏻‍♀️. They launch on Friday ,anyone else waiting like me .

I ordered mine on the phone when preorders went live. Phoned at 1, but didn’t speak to anyone until half past. Was told it would arrive on the 23rd, by the time it completed she said it was on back order. First come first served. I haven’t received an order confirmation at all, not via email or text. Contacted live chat who said order was showing on system. Didn’t give me an order number and still haven’t received any confirmation at all. So I’ve no idea when mine is coming. I’m assuming it went through ok, as the payment has been taken.

The £190 was taken out on the pre order day and had email and update email so fingers crossed for this Friday 😊😊

That’s just it, they’ve just said there’s an order showing. But for some reason my account is now showing a credit for £196, although I’ve paid £200. I’ve no idea what’s happening. I’ve spoken to an agent and via live chat but no one can send me an order confirmation as they said I should have had one, but I’ve received nothing, nothing in spam either. I’ve always received order confirmations in the past. But nothing this time. Don’t have a order number so I can’t track progress or anything.

I hope you get yours Friday. No idea about mine. I ordered with the black/grey trail loop which I know are in short supply. So who knows!

Snap me also. The grey black loop in a small to medium . Just be my luck if it went the same as my phone from Apple that’s delayed till 10th October . It’s all a waiting game.

Ive had £190 taken from my account and an order confirmation email provided. The £190 is now showing as a credit on my account (no idea why!) and having called in today, I've been told that dispatch will be at least 28 days beyond the 23rd!!

That’s great 🤦🏻‍♀️ if I don’t hear anything by Thursday night think I will give ee a ring on Friday morning. Same every year ,is it Apple or EE ,happy to take your money and earn the interest but make you wait .

Heard nothing more ,when I go to tracking it just says order on track ,delivery date to still be confirmed. Let’s see what Thursday brings. I have also got the DPD app and nothing on there yet .

What link are you using for tracking - the one I’ve used shows nothing yet they’ve taken my cash and sent a confirmation

I would copy your order number from your email and then go on the my ee phone app ,then go to the orders and paste your order number there. Mine would only track that way as going through the email kept saying it couldn’t track .

I only ordered my Apple Watch Ultra from EE a few days ago, and I just got a DPD notification it will be delivered tomorrow.

I am assuming this means everyone will get theirs on day 1. 🙂

I think it will depend on what band you ordered it with. I ordered mine as soon as preorders opened. Haven’t heard anything yet. Have my fingers crossed but am expecting nothing.

Ordered mine on the 11th and was told last night “within 28 Days” from the point of order - not holding my breath though
