Contacting EE without a phone number

I'm trying to contact EE from EU over a missing SIM order which should have been delivered to my UK address by last week.

I can't get through on the telephone without an EE number, which I obviously have not yet got - frustrating! No details of the order come up on their online tracking. They don't appear to have a way to contact Customer Service, by phone, chat or email, in these cirumstances.

Anyone any ideas?

@Skypilot617 SIM cards are sent out by the Royal Mail so you’ll have no tracking.

Err. That is the problem that I am trying to get round. I can ring that number but it asks for my EE Mobile number - which I don't yet have. Without it the helpline just hangs up!

Have you tried selecting option 2, rather than 1?

@Skypilot617 : Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
