    <description>&lt;P&gt;I 'upgraded' a few days ago to new aitime &amp;amp; handset plans, was sent a confirmation email but it didn't include a confirmation number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't received the handset yet, no idea if it's been sent yet.&amp;nbsp; How do I check the status please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had similar, waited in two days for it to be delivered, but twice the drivers didn't bother and went home. So no phone, £75 out of pocket and no help from EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope you have more luck than I did.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
