No phone delivery update

Hi, I ordered and upgraded my phone to the new iphone 14 pro max 128gb in deep purple last wednesday 21st September, it said my phone would be delivered in 1 day, which it wasn't so i spoke to an EE staff member and they told me it would be this week.. when will it be delivered?

Sorry, when will the phone be dispatched from EE though? Am I definetly going to receive it this week, is there anyway i can have a delivery date ? My phone is broken so in despereate need of it coming.

Sorry, we have no access to orders on the community.

Have you downloaded the DPD app, if you use the email address and postcode you entered at checkout, this will show you any deliveries scheduled for your address?
