Hi there, I ordered an upgraded iPhone 14 pro on 23rd September and it said that it would be dispatched within 1 day but I have not received any further updates. I have tried to track my phone but it says that it 'cant show my order details right now'. Please can I get an update? Thank you

I do not have a reference number to track my order unfortunately. I have an order number but no reference to track on DPD
