how can i find out if my order has been accepted?

I've ordered a tablet on a pay monthly basis,there was no upfront payment required so of course nothing has been taken. I've received an email saying my order is being processed with an order number but i can't track it and i need the tablet for work so would be useful to know if i have been accepted.

also if I've been accepted when should i expect delivery?

It's great that you've received the order number. If the order wasn't successful, you would have received another email to say that we need to speak to you about your order.

Which tablet did you order?

I only ordered last night but was told that sometimes the item is out of stock and i was worried i wouldn't receive in time

Hello Chris, I have a similar issue. Only I recieved no confirmation email and I don't know if my order was processed. However, the uprfont cost was taken. Could you help me check it?

What did you order and when did you order it? With it being a Bank Holiday, it may be taking a little longer to process the order.

Hello Chris,

new here. Just wondering if my order has gone through, I’ve recently placed an order today iPhone 12 , I’ve received an email of confirmation & says my order was successful. Gave me all the info ect, amount paid, and said they’d give me a text with delivery ect.

however on the ee app after I paid my upfront cost, i went back to the ee app and in a yellow box said they’d call me within 48 hours.
(Not me call them, they’d call me) so now I’m
just wondering if everything went through okay, I’m crippled with anxiety so I’m really worrying about this, probably more overthinking it all more than I should be.

That's great that you've received the confirmation email. Usually it's an email for you to call us, if we need extra information. Have you received any extra emails to say that?
