No delivery date

Ordered an Apple Watch as a pay monthly add-on, on 17/09/22. Website said "In Stock - Usually dispatched within 2-3 days". Received emails advising that my order is confirmed, and another confirming that they're preparing to send me order. 9 days later, and all I've had is radio silence. No text from DPD, no further email from EE. What is going on?

DPD will text you when your order is ready to be delivered.

It’s an Apple Watch Series 8 41mm Starlight Alum StarBand 32GB Starlight.

Appreciate that. However, I’m slightly concerned that I was given a timescale of 3 days, but heard nothing In over a week.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't heard anything.

The current guidance for that model is to expect dispatch within seven days. I appreciate that this time has already passed.

I'd currently recommend that you get in touch with our Customer Care team either by calling or by live chat to get an update on your order.
