Hi ordered the iPhone 14 pro max 14th September and still no update to when I will receive it. Has anyone ordered there’s and received it yet??

I ordered the iPhone 14 pro max in silver on the 12th of September and still haven’t heard anything yet. All of my family have work or school and I’ve just started uni and I’m anxious I won’t be in when they do drop the phone off. So annoying I haven’t heard anything yet. Yes they have a process but they can at least give us updates as to when the order is actually coming.

@Jones000 , @Caitm33 , there is a high demand for this phone and it will be sent out on a first come first serve, so it will depend how many EE receive and colour and how many have ordered, also do remember that it also depends on storage size, as to which ones they receive.

You will get notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery, no one here can tell you, if you want more information, you will have to ring customer service.

There is a high demand for this phone, not only EE but other networks and countries are also waiting to receive the products, and Apple are having difficulties keeping up with demand also, on their website it is now saying beginning of November, someone else has said, I read previously on their website, end of October.

I ordered 14 pro max 128gb deep purple on 24th of September just received an update yesterday saying “good news your order is coming soon”
