Hi, so I sent my phone back via a claim as my phone battery malfunctioned. Besides that the phone was in absolutely perfect condition. Obviously the battery malfunction was not caused by damage from me as I have never done anything to the phone that may have caused this. Today I got my replacement phone to find the back all smashed, I understand it’s not a new phone you receive they’re refurbished and I’m fine by that but obviously I’m very annoyed about it since I’ve sent it a phone in good condition in regard to the scree etc yet I’ve been left with one that’s smashed to bits, not to mention I didn’t realise at first and have cut my finger on the camera corner where it’s smashed which is when u realised the damage on the phone…is there anything I can do about this?

You'll need to contact your insurers who replaced your device about this issue.

Thanks
