    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i ordered my new iphone 14 on wed with 24 hour delivery so when nothing turn up i called ee and was advised 21 days. Today i checked the acc n was credited back the money i paid upfront advising this will be debited in new bill, i called ee n was advised order is still in place but now when i checked online tracker the message is popped up advising that we cannot show the update on this order and advising yo wait&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;not sure what is happeninv and is getting really frustrated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any suggestion please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i hve ordered my phone past wed n was advised 24 hours but when nothing received called ee and was advised 21 days. Today i got credited back 30 quid i paid upfront so called then again and was advised the order is still there. Now when i checked the online order track it is showing we dannot show the status of the order. &amp;nbsp;So in short i m really confused what is happening to my order&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a y suggestion&lt;/P&gt;</description>
