No tracking details for iPhone 14 pro max

I ordered on 16 September with an estimated deliver date 'within 21 days'. When I enter my order number it says no tracking details. My confirmation email also said that I have been charged £0 but I paid £50 on the 16th

Welcome to the community,

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window for delivery. As it says estimated delivery date within 21 days, but that also depends how many before you have ordered and when EE get stock in, as deliveries are done on a first come first serve, so there are plenty of others waiting before you and Apple’s website says 26th October.
