Pre ordered and was told I would have it on the release date. Didn’t turn up. Rang EE said I would get it within 14 days of the order. Never turned up. Rang EE now expected within 21 days of ordering. EE when’s my phone coming and why is the estimated delivery date keep being pushed back? Am I just being palmed off?

@Carlsburg demand for this device is high so until EE can allocate a device to you you’ll have to be patient and wait. And no one should have told you you’ll get it on launch day as EE don’t know how many they would have received until they got them. You’re in a queue of back orders of the model type you ordered.

I’am more than happy to be patient and wait. But I’m very disappointed in the fact I was told I would be getting it on the release date then up to 14 days after the order was placed and now it’s changed to 21 days after. Would have been polite of EE not to promise unrealistic delivery dates and be forth coming with a realistic delivery day. Rather hear up to 21 days when I placed the order then to be left chasing my tail around 3 delivery dates.
