I placed an order for a phone yesterday with an EE Friends and Family benefit code redeemed. However, the order had to be cancelled. Will I get a new code send to me as I have cancelled the order?

I believe you'll be able to use the code again once it's all cancelled. How long ago was the order cancelled?

I cancelled the order yesterday night (7:30pm).I haven't received the initial amount of 30£ as well... wondering how long it would take

It can take a few days for the payment to be refunded, @Profile closed.

Hopefully it'll be back in your account soon.

Hi Christopher,

yeah that's fine. The code, however, shows as "has been redemeed" and I can't re-use it. Is there a way to get it back since the order did not go through.
