iPhone 14pm order number

Hello i pre ordered an iPhone 14 pm 512gb space black and Apple Watch on the 9/9/22. i had a confirmation email saying your orders on its way for the phone with no order number / tracking number , i had to chase the order to get an order number 02 , but i did get an email confirming my order for the watch with an order number 002 .

the tracking number for the phone 02 just comes up with Sorry, you can't track this order type just yet.

the tracking number for the watch 002 works and i even had an email telling me your waiting on a delivery date from apple

so why doesn’t the tracking number for the phone work ,how can i track the order for the phone when then number doesn’t work and just get get you have to wait for DPD to txt to get an eta ,

If tracking doesn't work you need to speak to EE CS on 150. They will likely let you know this device is on back order as there is no stock.
