I pre ordered the 14 pro max on the morning of the 12th September. I received my confirmation email with my order number on yet nothing else?

I’ve tried tracking with my order number and it isn’t recognising the number yet. I was just wondering if there was a rough idea of delivery date at all?

I had a conversation with an agent this morning because I ordered on the 12th. They told me they sold out completely of the 14 pro max's on Sunday. They said to me worst case scenario would be 14 days.

I ordered the 14 pro max too and I’ve only had the confirmation email and nothing else. When I try tracking it, the number ends up not being recognised yet. I’ve tried calling and messaging and nobody has got back to me. Is it going to be a few days, a week or a month? I don’t know because nobody is getting back to me. 😞
