New phone delivery

I had a message yesterday evening stating I would get a message from DPD with a time slot it’s been over 24 hours and I’ve had nothing and my concern is that it’s been sent your end but had no clarity that DPD have it, it’s an expensive phone, the tracking number EE sent me does not work

Hi @Toni06-

As soon as your phone is ready to be delivered, DPD will send you a text to confirm your time-slot.

That was the issue they tried to deliver it after I was speaking to someone from EE last night but DPD hadn’t contacted me at all!

Have you tried getting in touch with DPD to arrange another delivery?

Do you have the DPD app?
