Welcome to the community,

I believe that you will not receive the pro max until next month, as this is a new Apple phone, once your order has been processed and is ready to be dispatched, you will receive a text from DPD the evening before delivery and another one with a one hour window on the day of delivery. If you want more information, you will have to ring customer service, it also depends how many have pre-ordered and how many have ordered before you, as it will be delivered on a first come first serve.

I ordered on the 9th. And was told by 2 different CS reps that it’s definitely coming today and is with DPD. Waited in for it. DPD turned up without it. Have just rang EE and they said it will be 28 days. The wait isn’t the annoying part, it’s taking a day off to be here to sign for it when it wasn’t even out for delivery or in stock in the first place!…

Spoke to CS about the watch earlier - apparently they’re not even being despatched until 7th October as they’re on backorder
