have a feeling my new phone will come tommorow but i will not be in , is there a way to get it re delivered the next day or , can i leave my id with someone in to show on my behalf?

My order confirmation email said:

If you're not home, the driver will leave a card with details on how to organise a new delivery or where to collect your order. For more information on our delivery process go to www.ee.co.uk/help

Have you had a message from DPD today letting you know it’ll be delivered tomorrow yet?

i got that msg too , but my sister phoned up to order here's i did my upgrade online , she was told all orders are delivering tommorow

Hi @joshbutch

If there is someone else at the address with ID and the same surname as you, they will be able to sign on your behalf. Otherwise, DPD will contact you with re-delivery information.
