So i pre ordered my iphone 14 pro max last weekend and when i ordered it was confirmed and upfront cost was taken but said ee will ring me within 48 hours to confirm details i havent recieved this phone call but did get an email on tuesday saying they are getting my order ready so just making sure that they dont need to call me anymore and its all confirmed and everything. Thanks

no one on here can tell you anything about you’re order as no one as access to personal accounts on here. You would have been better off ringing CS.

Just seeing if anyone else has had the same problem as im not sure why they havent rang me when they said they would within 48 hours. Thanks tho.

I also pre order and also get the confirmation mail amd they told me u will get your phone on 16th September but still didn't get my phone now how I contact to EE CS.

I havent got my order yet either, i messaged them on the ee app the other day and they said my order is confirmed but i can wait upto 28 days for delivery.

Its okay bro but they told me your phone will be delivered on 16th of September but still I didn't receive my phone.
