      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received this email today first receiving a email with thank you for my order and a tracking number etc does this mean I’m accepted just need to get my billing account up to date which has now been paid?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for choosing to upgrade with us. We just need the outstanding balance on your account to be paid before we can continue with the order&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If that’s what the email said then I expect that they just needed you to get your account up to date in order for them to process the upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
