I've ordered a Samsung s22 plus green and no conformation email.

My partner and I have both placed orders for the Samsung s22 plus today with the same lady on the phone but he's received a conformation email and I haven't. Supposed to be getting the phone tomorrow and I've rung back to check and they have said the order has gone through but no conformation.

If you have spoken to customer service and they have confirmed the order then I wouldn’t worry, just look out for the text from DPD confirming your slot for delivery.
