Hello,

Hope someone could help me. So I pre ordered a iphone 14 pro max. But I am due for upgrade anyway. So I have paid an upfront. Isn’t it if you do an upgrade you don’t pay any upfront?

Any upfront costs have to be paid they there as they help to purchase the cost of the device as the tariff on its own doesn’t cover the whole cost of the device.
