Order update/delivery

Hi,

I ordered an upgrade yesterday afternoon and received an email saying it was being processed, however I haven't received anything further. I have read that before 7:30pm ish that dpd try and deliver within 24hrs. My concern is that I will be at work if it is delivered Monday

Which model phone including size and colour have you ordered?

DPD will be in touch with delivery details once the phone has been dispatched.

I’ve had this concern previously and was informed that DPD try to make a successful delivery up to 3 occasions and if unsuccessful after the third time it will go to a local DPD depot/Shop where u will then have 7 days to collect before it’s sent back to the warehouse.
