Do i need to put anything in prepaid envelope

I'm about to send my old phone back to ee in prepaid envelope,

Do I need to put anything else in envelope? I.e a note?

If you are using the returns package supplied by us, you should not need to add anything into the package.

If you do wish to add a note, include the account number or mobile number and IMEI number of the device.
