Hi, recently signed up to a sim only contract but haven’t received the sim or received anything saying the sim has been sent. Just wondering how long it takes for the sim to be sent? I’ve received an order confirmation and nothing else.

Thanks for coming here.

SIM cards are sent via Royal Mail and can take 2-5 working days to be delivered.

Thank you for the reply. That’s what it says on the email but I also read that it should be sent within 48 hours and that I’d receive a text to say so, I haven’t received anything.

Same, ordered SIM only 18th aug. Not had it yet. No information on online order checker with order number. Had confirmation email. Had to sign up here to even talk to someone about it. As per usual getting help is a mission. Who do I contact?ii
