Upfront paymen, credit check rejected

I attempted to apply for a pay monthly contract and paid an upfront fee of £20 and the credit check was declined my credit history is quite good anyway. I am wondering if I will receive the money back?

@Rebeccawilkes40 Yes you will. It’ll take between 5-10 working days before you’ll get it back. I know it’s annoying when I they are quick to take but slow at giving it back. They do have a procedure to follow and you’ll not be the first in the queue for a refund.
