Hi all. I ordered the Flip 4 on 14th August and was informed I'd receive the item on the release date, which is today. I have received nothing since my confirmation email on the 14th August. I have not received any details of delivery either Any guidance is appreciated

You will receive a text from DPD by 8pm the day before it is due to be delivered to you.

Pre-Orders are not a guarantee of release day delivery. As it all depends on how many are ordered and how many EE receives from Samsung. It is shipped out in first come first served basis

Thank you. I am aware of the official line however find the lack of communication poor at best. I will give it til next week and make a decision.
