Hi I pre ordered the watch 5 and its due to be released tomorrow (26th Aug) and I haven't had any updates on this at all since my confirmation email does anyone know when I will receive the watch

Anyone received confirmation of delivery on there Galaxy Watch 5 /5 Pro, launch day tomorrow and nothing from EE with expected delivery date....a bit disappointing really, beginning to wish I had ordered direct from Samsung now.....

im same,pre ordered when annouched and looked at my plan today and as been changed but nothing from ee or dpd to confirm deliver.Yet again another pre order shambles from ee

I called last night to cancel 😞 the lady was very helpful and said it had been dispatched and dpd would be delivering tomorrow and to refuse delivery and say it needs to be returned (mmmm)

Unfortunately she was unable to explain why there are no notifications in my EE upcoming orders

Nor was she unable to explain why I don't have a notification from dpd

When asked why I was cancelling (bet she wished she had not) deal over priced, O2 same deal with the choice of 1GB data almost half price, ordered from Samsung direct last night with a Saturday delivery slot, I will purchase my Rolling Month data from EE that will only cost £7 10GB and can be cancelled at any time. Must stress the girl on the phone was extremely helpful and understood why I was cancelling, why wouldn't you if your going to save a lot of money.

Have you downloaded the DPD app and used the email address and postcode to see if they have any deliveries scheduled for your address?

I had text off dpd this morning its being delivered today but other than that no update from ee at all

Morning leanne,I have the app but I'm never gonna get it confirmed on there unless I have a tracking number....I've phoned up and got that....the dpd app links parcels to your account by the number,address and email all being same...I've had this problem before with the ipad,because your ordering system on ie watches tablets gives them a phone number we never get the texts or the dpd app doesn't pick them up...when I pre ordered the upgrade I asked for communication to be my main number and the system won't allow it....so all us customers expecting texts (notifications) for today delivery won't get them ans only way to track is by phoning you for tracking number....this really is bad and needs changing
