This is a public forum populated by EE users like yourself who have no access to EE's account systems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For what it's worth, if you bought online then as far as I know there's a mandatory 14-day cooling off period during which you can return the phone and cancel the contract. But like I said, you'll have to get in touch with customer services. The number to call from a land line is 0800 0798586 if you have an EE land line, 0800 9566000 if you have a different land line provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
